Tom and Carolyn Sawyer have been working with CEF of Arizona for 7 years teaching and training young people and adults to lead Good News Clubs and 5-Day Clubs. Carolyn has many years of experience in CEF starting as a Christian Youth in Action (CYIA) missionary in her teens. She leads and facilitates training for Yuma and is an instructor of teachers. Tom, who also pastors and is a leadership consultant, teaches Good News Clubs and facilitates teams as we open new clubs in the schools. He is a visionary with a unique style wanting to see the ministry grow and develop in Yuma County. Together, Tom and Carolyn have implemented clubs on both the east and west coast and possess many years of experience in children and adult ministry and are looking to make an impact, as God leads, in Yuma County. We are working to build a Local Committee that will come alongside Tom and Carolyn and help them strategically partner with local churches, and establish an ongoing local CEF Chapter in Yuma County.
